In February, 5 homes sold, same as the previous year. There were no sales in January of 2012 but 6 sold in January of 2013. Sales look very consistant in March and April of 2012 & 2011. In the summer months sales were definity up in 2012 vs 2011. It will be intersting to see what happens this summer.
