List Price Average vs. Sales Price Average in New Canaan for the Past 12 months

List prices were quite a bit higher in late last year all the way through the Spring of this year. The Average List Prices and Average Sales prices have leveled off a bit this Fall.

New Canaan's active inventory of homes for sale for this market year of 2012 has remained steadier than previous years as shown in the following chart. It will be interesting to see the remainder of the year's inventory patterns.
